Short version: the Employability Score is a free beta. It is an estimate to help you, not a verdict on you. Use it for yourself, upload only your own documents, and don't try to break it.
A beta score
- Your score is tentative. We are calibrating it over the next quarters, so it can change as we learn.
- It is an estimate of how you compare in the hiring market for your field, based on job ads, pay data and hiring research. It is not a promise of a job, an interview or a salary.
- We show where each number comes from. Where a number is our own estimate, we say so.
Your part
- Upload only your own CV or LinkedIn profile.
- The score is for you. Don't use it to judge other people, for example to screen job applicants.
- Don't overload the service or try to get around its limits. We limit how many documents can be read each hour and each day.
Your data
You own your data. How we use it, and how to delete it, is in our privacy page. Your salary is never part of your score.
The service
- It is free during the beta. We may change or pause features, and we will tell you before anything you saved is affected.
- We work hard to keep it right, but we can't guarantee it is always available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on your score.
- Swedish law applies.
